Conflicting time
entries?
Overlapping (conflicting) time
entries are not permitted in the time entry grid. You will
receive an error message whenever you attempt to add a time
entry that has conflicting start/end times with an existing
entry or when there is no remaining gap large enough in the
day to enter a duration of a certain size.
These scenarios usually occur
when you use a combination of Bulk and Timer functionality
to enter your time. As a general rule, you will either have
to edit the present time entry or locate and modify the conflicting
entry.
You
cannot add more than 200 tasks in a week
There is a limit to the number
of task assignments someone can add to their weekly timesheet
grid. By default, this limit is 200 task assignments.

About the Time Entry screen
What is 'Create a multiple row'?
The Create a multiple
row option creates an empty row below an existing time
entry. The multiple row function is useful when you need to
enter a second time entry
for the same assignment
on the same day while
keeping unique details for each or to enter additional
time against a task after the time has been submitted.
Where
is the Save button?
In the timesheet grid and time
entry details area, data is automatically
saved whenever the user switches cells, changes views,
etc. Data is not saved if the user logs out or closes the
browser while adding or editing data in a field.
Time entry reports
Numerous time and expense reports
are available from My
Reports.
