Time & Expense Entry Reporting

My Reports is used to display or print your time and expense reports.

To view a report:

  1. Click My Entries > My Reports.

  2. Click on the report name and then click the Preview report button.

  3. If prompted, select the projects, dates, etc., from the filters presented and then click the Run Report button.

 

Use the available controls to print, page through, open as PDF or export/save the report (described below).

 

You can return to the Filters by clicking the Split view button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

The Report Name (also displayed in the Preview area).

The Report Filters area of the screen displays the filters applicable for this report. You must select at least 1 option from each filter.

The Preview Tool area lets you print, export (save) and page though the report.   

The Report Preview displays the report as defined by the options selected in filters - if any.

 

The View Splitter buttons allow you to show/hide the filter or preview pane.

 

 

 

To export (save) a report:

  1. With the report showing in the Preview area, click the Export drop-down list near the top of the preview window.

  2. Select in which format to save the report.

  3. Depending on which web browser you are using, you are prompted with Download/Open, Save or Save As options. Select one to complete the export/save process.
