How long will a new project take based on resource availability?

Create a detailed project plan with budgeted hours and resource assignments for each task. Level the project to ensure that the assigned resources are not over allocated (overbooked). This schedules the new project around the employees' other projects. Then review the project statistics located at the bottom left to see the budgeted finish date.
