Operational Question - Over allocated resources

Do we have over allocated employees?

In the Resource Utilization view, the time scale at the top of the screen will display in red any day, week or month having at least one employee who is over allocated.

Scroll horizontally to find any dates that are over allocated. By scrolling down, any over allocated employee's summary bar will also appear in red. By expanding that employee's projects or tasks, you can determine the exact assignment causing this status.
 

There are several ways to get more detailed information on exactly which projects and tasks an employee is scheduled to work. These are detailed in the All about Resource Availability topic.
