How much will a new project cost?

From the detailed project plan in the Project Scheduling view:

1. Each task should have an assigned employee or skillset, and each should have an associated cost and charge rate. If employees entered into the database have applied rates, then these would have been applied automatically when the employees were assigned to the project. You can review a task's assignments and rates via its properties . You can quickly apply a new rate to multiple assignments using the Update Rates feature. You can also use the Budgeted Time & Costs view to quickly scan all the project's assignments for applied rates and budgeted hours.

2. Level the project and then review the project statistics in the lower left corner to see the budgeted and projected costs.
