Projects
The Projects view is the place in the software that lists all projects in the database. The view also displays summary information on each project. From this view, you can select a project and edit or view details such as its assignments, budgets, team members, etc.

Creating a new project
Click the Create Project button at the top right to start the process. Instructions for creating a project are found in the All about Projects help topic.
Project Alerts
The Alerts column at the left shows the Project Alert status for each project - if any are set.
Clicking on a project's alert status graphic brings up an screen detailing the alert. Project alerts are created in each project's Project Alert section.
Editing a project
You can review or edit a project's assignments, budgets, costs, etc. by clicking the project's Edit button located at the right side of the view. See All about Projects for complete project details.
Warning Symbols
At the far right of each project row, a Warning symbol is displayed for any project that is missing some details. These missing details could be hourly rates, budgeted hours, etc.
Exporting the list
The Export button allows you
to export/save the view's list in one of many formats (PDF, xlsx, csv,
etc.). The exported file only includes those items checked in the view.
If something is not displayed in the list, it is likely because the Search
function was used to reduce the items in the view.

Check the items to export.

Click the Export button located above the list of items.

Select the file format (PDF, xlsx, csv, etc).

Depending on which web browser you are using, the file is automatically downloaded or you are prompted with Download/Open, Save or Save As options. Select one to complete the export/save process.
