Licenses for Dovico Timesheet

The software is registered for the number of licenses you have purchased. One license is required for each employee how logs into the software.

 

Employees no longer using the software can remain in the database without using up one of your licenses. When freeing up an inactive employee’s license, his/her previous time and expense entries remain available for reporting purposes.

To find out how many licenses are currently used:

  1. Go to the Employees view (Projects & Employees > Employees) and click the 'licenses available' link near the top of the screen. The number of licenses purchased and the number of licenses being used are displayed in the pop-up window.

To free up a license:

  1. Locate the employee whose license is to be removed and click the Edit button.

  2. Click the Deactivate button near the bottom of the form.
