Pre-Defined Security Groups

Each employee entered into the database must be assigned a security group giving that employee access to all or selected parts of the software's components.

 

The software has 5 pre-defined (built-in) security groups designed to meet typical user scenarios. These pre-defined security groups cannot be deleted or modified. If the 5 pre-defined security groups do not meet your needs, you can create new Security Groups and enable/disable access to fit your requirements.

Note: The use of Limited Access further enhances security by limiting what data/information is available to users when they are in the Administrative views and tools permitted by their security group.

 

The Security Permissions report itemizing each pre-defined and custom security group is available.
