There are 2 ways an employee's
password is changed.
You (Administrator) change the password using the employee's
properties form

Go the Employees
view (Projects & Employees > Employees),

Locate the employee to
edit and click the Edit
button.

Enter
the new password in
the Password field.

Re-enter the new password
in the Confirm field.

Click Apply.

Notify the employee of
his or her new password.
The employee changes his or her own password

The user clicks on his
or her name in the upper right corner and select Settings.

Enter the current password
-
Enter
and Confirm
the new password.

Click Apply.
